- Affordable Tummy Tuck Surgery at International Clinics
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) in Turkey costs between $2,500 and $8,000 at International Clinics, and the figure depends on three things: the type of procedure (mini, traditional, or 360), whether muscle repair is needed, and whether the operation is combined with liposuction or breast surgery. A mini tummy tuck starts at $2,500, a traditional tummy tuck at $3,500, and a 360 tummy tuck at $4,500.
The same surgery costs $8,000 to $15,000 in the United States and the United Kingdom. Every price below is an all-inclusive package covering the surgeon and anaesthetist fees, the hospital stay, the hotel, all transfers, pre-operative tests, and your compression garment. Flights are not included. The table below breaks the cost down by procedure, so you can budget against the operation you actually need.
What Is a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)?
It is cosmetic surgery aimed at sculpting the abdominal area, whether upper or lower abdomen or whole abdomen.
This process includes removing excess skin, removing fat and surrounding tissues, and sometimes includes tightening the adjacent muscles and closing wound with cosmetic sutures.
This procedure requires a healing period that may extend to several weeks, but in end, you get sculpted body and new shape.

“Stay at a stable weight. Ideally, you’ll keep a stable weight for at least 6 to 12 months before having a tummy tuck. If you’re very overweight, your plastic surgeon likely will recommend that you lose weight before the surgery. Losing lots of weight after the surgery can change your results.”

Types of Tummy Tuck: Mini, Traditional and 360
The type you need is decided by how much loose skin you have and where it sits, and it is the single biggest factor in your final price.

Traditional (full) tummy tuck. Addresses the upper and lower abdomen together. The surgeon makes an incision along the lower abdomen to tighten the separated muscles, remove fat and excess skin, and reposition the navel. It is the right choice for sagging across the whole abdomen, particularly after significant weight loss.
Mini tummy tuck. The least complex option, with the smallest incision, performed only below the belly button. It leaves a shorter scar and has a faster recovery, and suits mild to moderate sagging below the navel with no muscle separation above it.

360 tummy tuck. Treats the entire midsection in one operation: upper and lower abdomen, the flanks and the lower back. It removes fat and loose skin all the way around, and is usually combined with flank liposuction for a continuous contour rather than a flat front and untouched sides.
Reverse tummy tuck. A less common variant that lifts loose skin upward from beneath the breast crease, used when the excess sits in the upper abdomen only.

What Affects the Cost of a Tummy Tuck in Turkey?
Four things move the price, and all four are decided before you book:
- The type of procedure. A mini tummy tuck removes skin below the navel only, while a 360 corrects the contour all the way around. The wider the correction, the longer the operation.
- Whether muscle repair is needed. Separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) add operating time, and are the most common reason a mini becomes a full tummy tuck.
- Whether it is combined. Adding liposuction or breast surgery in the same operation raises the total, but costs far less than two separate trips and two recoveries.
- Your BMI and medical history. These decide both your eligibility and how many nights you stay in hospital.
What does not change our price is the city you fly into or the season you travel in. Your quote is confirmed once a surgeon has reviewed your photos and medical history.

How Much Is a Tummy Tuck in Istanbul?
Our prices in Istanbul are the same as those in the table above: from $2,500 for a mini, $3,500 for a traditional, and $4,500 for a 360. We do not price by city. Istanbul matters for a different reason: it has the highest concentration of accredited private hospitals in Turkey and the widest choice of direct international flights, which shortens both your travel day and your recovery.
What Is Not Included in the Tummy Tuck Package?
Three costs sit outside every all-inclusive package, ours included, and budgeting for them is the difference between a realistic total and a surprise.
Flights. International airfare is never included in a medical package. Budget according to your departure city and season.
An extended stay. If your surgeon advises you to delay your flight home, the extra hotel nights are paid out of pocket. Hold a flexible return ticket and allow for two or three additional nights.
Follow-up care in your own country. Your surgical team handles follow-up remotely for twelve months at no cost, but any in-person treatment at home is billed by the local provider. This is the most under-estimated cost in medical travel, and it is why we screen candidates before accepting them rather than after.
