Are Pamela Andersons breasts real? The short answer

  • Confirmed by her: breast implants early in her Playboy career (commonly dated to 1990), removal of the implants in 1999, and implants put back a few years later.
  • Confirmed by her: she has tried Botox and filler, but said in 2024 she had not had anything like that for three or four years.
  • Not confirmed: a nose job, a facelift, eyelid surgery or lip filler today. These are rumours and photo comparisons, not facts.
  • Fact-checked: Pamela Anderson is alive; the 2018 death report was a hoax. Her hepatitis C, diagnosed in 2002, was cured in 2015.
  • Now (2026): at 59 she keeps the makeup-free look she adopted in 2023, on red carpets from Berlin to Venice and Los Angeles.

Pamela Anderson plastic surgery is one of the most searched celebrity beauty topics, and in 2026 it is back in the news for a new reason: her bare face. In October 2026 she arrived at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles in Carolina Herrera with loose blonde curls and her signature no-makeup look (Source: WWD).

The interest is not new. For three decades her body was discussed more than her acting, and she has been unusually open about it: she said she had breast implants, had them removed in 1999, and later had them put back. Her face is a different story, because most of what circulates online about it is speculation. In this guide we separate what Pamela Anderson has confirmed from what is only rumoured, follow her from the Playboy years to 2026, and explain, with medical sources, what each procedure people ask about really involves.

Did Pamela Anderson Have Plastic Surgery? What She Has Confirmed

Yes: Pamela Anderson has confirmed breast surgery and non-surgical injectables, and nothing more. She spoke about her implants in interviews from the late 1990s onward, wrote about them in her 2023 memoir Love, Pamela, and told Allure in 2024 that she had tried Botox and filler but had stopped (Sources: NBC News, TODAY, Allure).

Are Pamela Andersons Breasts Real? Her Implant Story, Step by Step

No, not entirely: Pamela Anderson has said plainly that she had breast implants, and her story covers almost every stage a patient can go through, from augmentation to removal and replacement. Here is each step, with what it means medically.

Infographic timeline of Pamela Anderson plastic surgery: implants around 1990, removed in 1999, put back, makeup-free from 2023, Botox stopped, natural look in 2026

Around 1990: Her First Breast Implants

Pamela Anderson, born in Ladysmith, British Columbia, was chosen by Playboy as a young model, and her first Playboy layout was shot before any surgery. By 1999 she had appeared in the magazine many more times, with implants (Sources: Salon, 1999, Global News).

She told NBC News that she had not known the other Playmates had had surgery and had believed their bodies were natural. Of her own operation she said simply that it happened very fast (Source: NBC News).

In her memoir she describes giving in to pressure to increase her bust size. She calls the decision un-thought-through, says it brought years of attention she was not ready for, and writes that complications and injuries from the surgery led to more operations, a cycle she regrets (Source: TODAY).

Medically, a breast augmentation places an implant through an incision at the edge of the areola, in the fold under the breast or in the armpit, into a pocket either under the chest muscle or directly behind the breast tissue. The choice depends on the implant type, the size wanted and the patients body (Source: ASPS).

Implants Then and Now: What Changed Since the 1990s

The implants of her era were not the implants of today. After FDA reviews in 1991 and 1992, silicone gel implants were withdrawn from the US cosmetic market and allowed only in studies for reconstruction and revision; the FDA approved silicone gel implants for augmentation again only in November 2006 (Source: FDA).

Today patients choose between saline implants (sterile salt water, approved for augmentation from age 18), silicone gel implants (from age 22) and thicker «form-stable» gel implants, with smooth or textured shells. A leaking saline implant deflates and the body absorbs the saline, while a silicone leak may stay silent inside the shell, which is why regular ultrasound or MRI checks are advised (Source: ASPS).

1999: Why Did Pamela Anderson Remove Her Implants?

Pamela Anderson had her implants removed because, in her words, she wanted her body back. In April 1999 she had her breast implants removed, the official reason being that she wanted her body to return to its original state, and she said the implants had not caused her problems (Source: Salon, 1999).

Years later she gave a more personal account. Speaking to NBC News in 2003, she linked the removal to the emotions of her divorce from Tommy Lee: she said she cut her hair, took the implants out, and two weeks later wondered where her breasts had gone (Source: NBC News).

Early 2000s: the Implants Went Back In

Pamela Anderson then had implants put back. She has not given the size, brand or exact date of that operation, and claims online about cup sizes are not confirmed by her. In the same NBC interview she explained that once she had settled down she had them reinserted (Source: NBC News).

Putting implants back after removal is a form of revision surgery. The FDA warns that breast implants are not lifetime devices and that anyone who has them should assume they will need further operations at some point (Source: FDA).

What She Has Said About Her Implants Since

Regret is the word that comes up most. When W magazine asked in 2016 whether she regretted anything she had done in the name of beauty, she gestured towards her chest, and in her 2023 memoir she joked that her breasts had a career of their own and she was «just tagging along» (Sources: TIME, TODAY).

What Happens When Breast Implants Are Removed? Explant Surgery Explained

Breast implant removal, also called explant surgery, takes out the implants and often some or all of the scar tissue capsule that the body forms around them. The ASPS notes that implants are not lifelong devices and are typically exchanged or removed about every 10 to 15 years, depending on the patients needs and wishes (Source: ASPS).

Why do people have breast implants removed?

Common medical reasons are hardened scar tissue around the implant (capsular contracture), which can cause pain, and rupture or leakage of the implant shell. A ruptured implant should generally be removed. Many women, like Pamela Anderson in 1999, also choose removal simply because they want a natural body again (Sources: ASPS, NHS).

Some people with unexplained symptoms that they link to their implants, often called «breast implant illness», also choose removal; this is covered in the safety section below.

What happens during breast implant removal surgery?

The operation is done under intravenous sedation or general anaesthesia. The surgeon usually makes an incision in the fold under the breast or around the areola, removes the implant and, depending on the case, part or all of the capsule. The incisions are closed with sutures, skin adhesive, tape or clips (Source: ASPS).

When the capsule is removed together with the implant in one piece, this is called en bloc removal. For confirmed breast implant-associated lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), patients generally need removal of both the implant and the surrounding capsule (Source: FDA).

What do breasts look like after implant removal?

Be prepared for a change in shape. After removal the breasts may look flatter or droopier and can have irregularities or indentations. The result depends on the size of the implants, the amount and quality of your own breast tissue, and the scar tissue; healing can take up to a year, and some women need a breast lift (mastopexy) or a second operation for the best result (Sources: ASPS, ASPS).

If you are considering a lift at the same time, read our guide to a breast lift in Turkey. Full details of the operation are in our page on breast implant removal: cost, surgery and recovery.

How much does breast implant removal cost?

In the US the average cost of breast implant removal surgery is $3,979 (approx. £3,000), and that is only part of the total price: anaesthesia, operating-room facilities and other expenses are extra (Source: ASPS).

Through International Clinics in Turkey, breast implant removal is listed at $3,200 (approx. £2,400) by a plastic surgeon contracted with us. A combined removal and lift, or an implant exchange, is priced after the surgeon reviews your case.

Are Breast Implants Safe? Facts Every Patient Should Know

Breast implants are approved medical devices, but they are not lifetime devices, and the longer you have them, the greater the chance of complications. The FDA advises anyone considering implants to assume they will need additional operations at some point (Sources: FDA, FDA).

Infographic of breast implant facts: 10 to 15 years lifespan, 1,380 BIA-ALCL cases, 73% textured, $3,979 average US removal cost, $3,200 removal in Turkey

  • Capsular contracture: the scar tissue around the implant tightens and the breast hardens; severe grades may need another operation (Source: FDA).
  • Rupture: a tear or hole in the implant shell. Silicone ruptures are often silent, and MRI is the most effective way to detect them; ultrasound is an acceptable alternative for screening patients without symptoms (Source: FDA).
  • BIA-ALCL: a rare T-cell lymphoma that can develop after breast implants and appears more often with textured implants. By 30 June 2024 the FDA had 1,380 reported cases and 64 deaths worldwide; 73% involved a textured implant, and the median time from implant to diagnosis was 8 years (Sources: FDA, FDA).
  • Breast implant illness (BII): symptoms such as fatigue, joint pain and «brain fog» reported after implants. It is not an official diagnosis and is poorly understood; many people report improvement after removal, but not everyone does (Sources: FDA, Cleveland Clinic).

In the UK, breast implant surgery costs around £3,500 to £8,000 privately, usually without consultations and follow-up, and some women need further surgery around 10 years after their first operation. Recovery usually means one to two weeks off work, no driving for at least a week, and no heavy lifting or intense exercise for about a month (Source: NHS).

Since October 2021 the FDA has required a boxed warning and a patient decision checklist for all breast implants sold in the US; the checklist must be reviewed with the patient and signed before surgery (Source: FDA).

Our breast augmentation recovery guide explains the first weeks after surgery in more detail.

What Made Pamela Anderson So Attractive? The 1990s Icon and Her Beauty «Tweaks»

Pamela Anderson became the defining pin-up of the 1990s through a mix of natural looks, a sunny Californian image and carefully built styling. The Canadian Encyclopedia calls her the sex symbol of the decade and compares her to 1950s icons such as Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield (Source: The Canadian Encyclopedia).

Her look was a team effort as much as a choice. She has said that early in her career she «just went along» with what people told her to do with her appearance, and that her makeup artist was her friend Alexis Vogel (Source: Entertainment Tonight).

Below, each element of the look is marked as confirmed or speculated, with what the matching procedure really involves.

The blonde bombshell styling (confirmed: hair and makeup)

Her blonde is not natural, and she told Allure in 2024 that she has always coloured her hair from a box, not with salon highlights (Source: Allure).

Botox and the «dropped brows» (confirmed, in the past)

She has tried Botox, and said it made her eyebrows fall so that she looked like a different person (Source: Allure).

Botulinum toxin works by blocking the nerve signals to the muscle it is injected into, so the muscle cannot contract and the wrinkle above it softens; the effect usually lasts about three to four months, and in the US the average fee is $435 per treatment (Sources: ASPS, ASPS, ASPS).

Her description fits a known, temporary side effect. The ASPS lists temporary facial weakness or drooping among the possible effects of botulinum toxin, and warns that rubbing the treated area can make the toxin move to nearby muscles; like the treatment itself, this drooping is temporary (Source: ASPS).

Fillers and lip plumping (filler confirmed in the past; lips today speculated)

She has said she tried filler in the past but had not had any for three or four years by 2024; whether any of it was in her lips she has not said, and claims that she has lip filler today are speculation (Source: Allure).

Hyaluronic acid fillers add volume to lips, cheeks and folds, and their results last from several months to several years depending on the product. In the US the average fee is $715 for hyaluronic acid fillers and $743 for lip augmentation with fillers (Sources: FDA, ASPS, ASPS).

Most side effects are swelling and bruising, but an accidental injection into a blood vessel can block blood flow and, rarely, cause vision loss or stroke (Source: FDA).

Our guide to dermal fillers explains the types, how long each lasts and what they cost.

Facelift or thread lift (speculated, never confirmed)

Smooth skin at 59 often prompts lift rumours, but she has never reported a facelift or a thread lift. A thread lift uses absorbable barbed sutures to lift sagging tissue of the face and neck and to stimulate collagen, while a facelift is a full surgical operation; the average US cost of a facelift is $11,395, before anaesthesia and facility costs (Sources: ASPS, ASPS).

The sun-kissed tan (a style of the era)

The bronzed beach look of Baywatch belonged to its time; whatever tanning methods were used, dermatologists now warn that the sun plays a major role in premature skin ageing, that tanning beds also emit ageing UV rays, and that self-tanner is the safer way to get the colour (Source: AAD).

Then and now: from 1990s glamour to 2026 natural

Her current face is the opposite of the 1990s formula: no makeup, visible freckles and, by her own account, no injectables for years (Sources: Allure, Global News).

Dermatologists advice for ageing well matches that path: daily broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher, no smoking, gentle cleansing and a daily moisturiser (Source: AAD).

How Has Pamela Anderson Changed? Before and After, 1989 to 2026

Her look changed in four clear stages: the natural Playboy debut, the implant years of the 1990s, a short period without implants in 1999, and the makeup-free era that began in 2023. Her breast surgery story is told above; here are the other milestones, with the source for every fact.

Pamela Anderson Young: Discovered at a Football Game (1989)

Her fame began by chance. In the summer of 1989 a TV cameraman picked her out of the crowd at a BC Lions football game in Vancouver and put her on the stadium screen; she was wearing a Labatts beer T-shirt, the brewery offered her a contract, and that led to Playboy (Source: The Canadian Encyclopedia).

2016–2019: Rethinking Beauty

By the mid-2010s her attitude had changed. She told W magazine in 2016 that happiness has a lot to do with beauty, and in 2019 her friend and longtime makeup artist Alexis Vogel died of breast cancer, which she later called the turning point for her makeup (Sources: TIME, Entertainment Tonight).

2022–2023: Broadway, the Memoir and the Netflix Documentary

In 2022 she made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago, and in 2023 her sons Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story and her memoir introduced her to audiences in a different way. She told Deadline that these projects changed how people saw her and opened the door to serious film roles (Source: Deadline).

2023: Paris Fashion Week Without Makeup

At Paris Fashion Week in late September 2023 she attended the Vivienne Westwood and Isabel Marant shows with almost no makeup, only a light coat of mascara. She told Vogue France she did not want to compete with the clothes and called it freedom and relief. Jamie Lee Curtis praised her publicly (Source: Global News).

2024–2025: «Free and Clear» of Botox, and Award Nominations

In a February 2024 Allure interview, at 56, she said she had tried Botox and filler but had not had anything like that for three or four years, and that her sensitive skin reacted badly to Fraxel laser on her chest. She said she is «free and clear» of it now (Source: Allure).

Pamela Anderson Now: 2026, Berlin, Venice and the Baywatch Reboot

In 2026 she is busier as an actress than at any time since Baywatch. The dark comedy Rosebush Pruning, with Callum Turner, Riley Keough and Elle Fanning, opened in US cinemas in July 2026, and she has several finished films, including Place to Be, which was set to premiere at the Venice Film Festival (Source: Deadline).

Fox is rebooting Baywatch, but she told Deadline in July 2026 that no one had reached out to her and that she has no plans to go back to the show. She said she wants to make bold choices and surprise people with new characters instead (Source: Deadline).

What Makes Pamela Anderson So Iconic After 35 Years? Her Most Important Work

Few stars have had two peaks thirty years apart: Pamela Anderson was the most famous pin-up of the 1990s and, in the 2020s, became an award-nominated actress. Her career in brief, with the health trend that each era reflects.

The 1990s peak: Playboy, Home Improvement, Baywatch, Barb Wire and V.I.P.

She has appeared on the cover of Playboy more often than any other woman, played Lisa, the «Tool Time Girl», on the sitcom Home Improvement, and became a global star as lifeguard C.J. Parker on Baywatch from 1992 to 1997. She led the 1996 film Barb Wire, which disappointed at the box office, and starred in and produced the series V.I.P. from 1998 to 2002 (Source: The Canadian Encyclopedia).

That era also shaped a beauty ideal of large implants and a deep tan. The global picture has since shifted: in the 2024 ISAPS survey, breast procedures fell by 14.1% while eyelid surgery became the most common aesthetic operation in the world, with more than 2.1 million procedures (Source: ISAPS).

Activism: PETA and beyond

Away from the screen she has used her fame for causes, above all as an active supporter of the animal protection organisation PETA, and she was inducted into Canadas Walk of Fame in 2006 (Source: The Canadian Encyclopedia).

The comeback: Chicago, The Last Showgirl, The Naked Gun and 2026

Her second act began on Broadway as Roxie Hart in Chicago and continued with Gia Coppolas The Last Showgirl, in which she plays a Las Vegas showgirl facing the end of her long-running revue. The role earned her nominations for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award; of missing an Oscar nomination she said, «the win is in the work» (Source: CNN).

In 2025 she starred opposite Liam Neeson in The Naked Gun as his love interest, and the News4JAX review praised her for playing the comedy straight (Source: News4JAX).

At the January 2025 Golden Globes she styled herself with no glam team and no makeup look (Source: Marie Claire).

Her recent recognition goes beyond film: in September 2026 she received amfARs Award of Courage at its gala in Venice, where she spoke about her hepatitis C diagnosis (Source: AARP).

How Was Pamela Anderson Treated by the Media? Body-Shaming and Body Image

For much of her career she was treated more as a body than as a person. When she removed her implants in 1999, late-night host Jay Leno joked about it and a museum wanted to display the implants, and a Salon columnist observed that society tends to «sneer» at women with implants (Source: Salon, 1999).

She has described how that period felt. She told Deadline in 2026 that her personal life became «tabloid fodder» and that she could not imagine anyone offering her a serious role, until Broadway and her documentary changed how people saw her (Source: Deadline).

Constant comments on appearance matter medically. Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental health condition in which a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance that others often cannot see; it improves with treatment such as cognitive behavioural therapy and, in some cases, SSRI medication (Source: NHS).

BDD is common among people seeking cosmetic surgery: a 2024 meta-analysis of 65 studies and 17,107 patients estimated its prevalence in plastic surgery patients at 18.6%, and the authors call for routine screening before surgery, because people with BDD may stay dissatisfied however well the operation is done (Source: Kaleeny & Janis, 2024).

That is why a responsible consultation asks why you want a change now. If constant criticism of your body is the reason, talking to a doctor or therapist first is part of good care, not an obstacle to it.

What Hard Times Has Pamela Anderson Lived Through?

Behind the glamour, Pamela Anderson has described serious trauma and illness. We summarise only what she has chosen to share publicly, without detail, and explain the health side of each experience.

Childhood abuse and the long shadow of trauma

In her 2023 memoir she wrote that she was sexually abused as a young girl by a babysitter and assaulted as a teenager, and that she grew up with a father who struggled with alcohol and was sometimes violent towards her mother (Sources: Entertainment Tonight, AARP).

Doctors call such events adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). The CDC links them to long-term effects on health, including depression, chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, and suicide, and stresses that safe, stable relationships and environments for children can prevent them (Source: CDC).

The stolen tape and «Pam & Tommy»

Private home videos that she and Tommy Lee recorded early in their marriage were stolen from their home and sold, and she says she has never watched them. When Hulu made the 2022 series Pam & Tommy without her approval, she said it gave her nightmares and that the makers «should have had my permission» (Source: Entertainment Tonight).

Researchers call the non-consensual sharing of intimate images image-based sexual abuse. A 2025 review reports that victims experience anxiety, depression, post-traumatic symptoms, shame, social withdrawal and suicidal thoughts (Source: Mento et al., 2025).

Divorces

She and Tommy Lee divorced in 1998, and she has since been married five more times, to Kid Rock, Jon Peters, Dan Hayhurst and twice to Rick Salomon. In her memoir she writes that Tommy was the only time she was truly in love (Source: Entertainment Tonight).

Hepatitis C: diagnosed in 2002, cured in 2015

She disclosed in 2002 that she had hepatitis C and has said she believes she caught it from a shared tattoo needle with Tommy Lee, who disputes that account. She announced she was cured in 2015 after a 12-week course of the antiviral Sovaldi; ABC News reported that insurance covered the roughly $100,000 cost, while at the 2026 amfAR gala she said the illness took everything she had in the bank (Source: AARP).

Hepatitis C spreads through infected blood, for example through reused or poorly sterilised needles and unsafe injections; about 47 million people live with chronic infection, and there is no vaccine. Direct-acting antiviral medicines cure more than 95% of patients (Source: WHO).

Many infected people feel well for years, while untreated infection can lead to cirrhosis and liver cancer, which is why the CDC recommends hepatitis C testing for all adults (Source: CDC).

Where Are Pamela Andersons Biggest Fans? The US vs the World

Her fame has always been global first. At its 1996 peak Baywatch had an estimated weekly audience of more than 1.1 billion people in 142 countries, and Guinness World Records lists it as the most widely viewed TV series ever (Source: Guinness World Records).

In Canada she remains a national figure: in 1995 Macleans put her on its cover as possibly «the most famous Canadian on the planet», and she joined Canadas Walk of Fame in 2006 (Source: The Canadian Encyclopedia).

In Europe, her recent milestones, from Paris Fashion Week to a film premiere at the Venice Film Festival, show how strongly the fashion and film worlds there have embraced her second act (Sources: Global News, Deadline).

Cosmetic surgery habits also differ by country. In 2024 the United States performed the most aesthetic procedures, more than 6.1 million, ahead of Brazil with 3.1 million, which led in surgical procedures; worldwide, botulinum toxin was the most common non-surgical treatment with 7.8 million procedures (Source: ISAPS).

Many patients now travel for treatment. International Clinics is neither a treatment centre nor a hospital broker but the link between you and the right care: it selected experienced surgeons and well-equipped hospitals, contracted with them against strict quality standards, and prepares a treatment plan for each patient.

Is Pamela Anderson Dead? Rumours Fact-Checked

No, Pamela Anderson is not dead. In March 2018 a fake site imitating ABC News claimed she had died of complications of hepatitis C; Snopes rated the story false and noted that the real ABC News never published it (Source: Snopes).

Is Pamela Anderson sick? Her real illness, hepatitis C, was cured in 2015, which she confirmed publicly; the 2018 hoax simply reused her old diagnosis to look believable (Sources: AARP, Snopes).

Did she have «botched» surgery? No such thing has ever been confirmed. In May 2017 she looked so different on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet that one outlet said it would not have recognised her, but the change reported was a new wet, slicked-back hairstyle, not a procedure (Source: Yahoo News UK).

Real implant problems have recognisable signs that a doctor confirms by examination and imaging: a breast that hardens or becomes painful (capsular contracture), changes in shape or size, or a rupture, which with silicone implants is often silent and best detected by MRI (Source: FDA).

When a problem is confirmed, revision surgery may replace or remove the implant and part or all of the capsule (Sources: ASPS, FDA).

Photos on social media, taken under different lighting and angles, are not a diagnosis, for celebrities or anyone else.

Did Pamela Anderson Have a Nose Job? Face Rumours vs Facts

There is no evidence that she did: Pamela Anderson has never said she had a nose job, a facelift or eyelid surgery. The speculation comes from comparing photos taken decades apart, under different lighting, makeup and camera lenses.

Pamela Anderson nose job: rumoured, not confirmed

Fans sometimes say her nose looks narrower than in the early 1990s. There is no statement from her and no reliable report of a rhinoplasty. In general, a surgeon assessing a nose would compare the bridge, the tip and the nostrils in photos taken from the same angle; contouring makeup, weight change and ageing alone can change how a nose looks in pictures. See real patient examples in our rhinoplasty before and after gallery.

Facelift or eyelid surgery: rumoured, not confirmed

A surgeon looking for signs of a facelift would typically check the area in front of and behind the ears and the hairline for scars, and the shape of the earlobes; these signs are explained in our article on how to tell if someone has had a facelift. For eyes, compare her with stars who did confirm surgery in our celebrity blepharoplasty before and after guide.

Why Did Pamela Anderson Stop Wearing Makeup?

Because of grief, and then freedom: she told Elle in 2023 that after Alexis Vogels death it simply felt better not to wear makeup, and called the look freeing, fun and a little rebellious (Source: Entertainment Tonight).

She later told Allure she had not expected anyone to notice in Paris, because she did not feel she was competing with the beautiful people around her (Source: Allure).

At the 2025 Golden Globes she arrived with no stylist and no glam team, and she has described her aim as challenging beauty standards in an industry built on them (Source: Marie Claire).

For anyone thinking about cosmetic surgery, her story carries a practical message: decisions made quickly, under pressure, are the ones people regret. A good consultation should cover what you want to change, why now, what the results will look like as you age, and what happens if you later want the procedure reversed, as she did in 1999.

Thinking About a Similar Procedure?

Whether you are considering breast implants, removal, an exchange or a lift, start with an honest consultation and written information on risks, follow-up and costs. In the US the average cost of breast augmentation is $4,875 for implants, without anaesthesia and facility fees (Source: ASPS).

Through International Clinics in Istanbul, breast augmentation costs $4,400 (approx. £3,300) with Arion implants or $5,200 (approx. £3,900) with Motiva implants, and implant removal costs $3,200 (approx. £2,400). FAQ's

She has had breast implants. Pamela Anderson has said she got implants early in her Playboy career, had them removed in 1999 and had implants put back a few years later. She has not given a full public account of any later breast surgery.

Yes. Pamela Anderson has confirmed breast implants, their removal in 1999 and having implants put back. She has also said she tried Botox and filler in the past. She has never confirmed a nose job, facelift or eyelid surgery.

She had her first breast implants shortly after her first Playboy shoot, which was done before any surgery; the operation is commonly dated to 1990. In her 2023 memoir she called the decision un-thought-through and wrote that complications led to more operations.

Her official reason was that she wanted her body to return to its original state, and she said the implants had not caused her problems. In 2003 she told NBC News the decision was also tied to the emotions of her divorce from Tommy Lee.

After the 1999 removal she had implants put back, as she told NBC News in 2003. She has not given a full public account of any later breast surgery, so claims online about further removals or exact sizes are not confirmed.

Yes, in the past. In a February 2024 Allure interview she said she had tried Botox and filler but had not had anything like that for three or four years, because Botox made her brows drop and she did not look like herself.

There is no confirmation. Pamela Anderson has never said she had rhinoplasty, and the nose job rumours are based only on comparing photos taken decades apart, under different lighting and makeup.

She told Elle in 2023 that after her makeup artist and friend Alexis Vogel died of breast cancer in 2019, it felt better for her not to wear makeup. She went almost bare-faced at Paris Fashion Week in September 2023 and has kept the natural look since.

No. Pamela Anderson is alive and working in 2026. A March 2018 story claiming she had died was published by a fake site imitating ABC News, and Snopes rated it false.

Yes. She disclosed hepatitis C in 2002 and announced in 2015 that she was cured after a 12-week course of an antiviral drug. Today direct-acting antivirals cure more than 95% of people with hepatitis C, according to the WHO.

She is best known as C.J. Parker on Baywatch, the most widely viewed TV series ever according to Guinness World Records, and for her record number of Playboy covers. Since 2022 she has had a second career as an actress, with Golden Globe and SAG nominations for The Last Showgirl.

Pamela Anderson was born in July 1967 in Ladysmith, British Columbia, so she is 59 in 2026.

No. She told Deadline in July 2026 that no one from the Fox reboot had reached out to her and that she has no plans to go back to Baywatch.

After removal the breasts may look flatter or droopier and can show irregularities. The result depends on implant size, the amount of your own breast tissue and the scar tissue. Healing can take up to a year, and some women choose a breast lift at the same time or later.

In the US the average cost of breast implant removal is $3,979 (approx. £3,000), before anaesthesia and facility costs, according to the ASPS. Through International Clinics in Turkey, breast implant removal is listed at $3,200 (approx. £2,400).
