The scientific research behind it is still limited. The published series are retrospective, the largest was led by the device’s inventor, and the European Association of Urology makes a strong recommendation not to use Penuma for girth enhancement, calling it experimental because long-term data are lacking (Source: EAU Guidelines).

Penuma Implant Sizes

Penuma implants come in three sizes: Large (L), Extra-Large (XL) and Extra-Extra-Large (XXL). The main risks of a penile implant are infection, mechanical failure, erosion and a feeling of shortening.
