Invisalign Turkey packages cost between $2,000 and $4,500 for a full course, against $4,500 to $7,500 in the UK — a saving of 50% to 65%. Because clear aligners are monitored remotely, the whole course usually needs only two short trips, with 6 to 18 months of treatment happening at home.
How much does Invisalign cost in Turkey in 2026?
The headline range for a full course of Invisalign in Turkey is $2,000 to $4,500. What that range buys you depends entirely on how many custom trays your case needs, which is the single factor that moves the price. Here is how Turkey compares with the countries most of our patients fly from:
| Country | Average Invisalign cost, full course |
|---|---|
| Turkey | $2,000 – $4,500 |
| United Kingdom | $4,500 – $7,500 (£3,500 – £6,500) |
| United States | $5,000 – $8,000 |
| Germany | $4,000 – $6,500 (€4,000 – €6,000) |
International Clinics does not publish a fixed price line for clear aligners, because an aligner quote is meaningless before a dentist has seen your scans and counted the trays. We do publish our fixed prices for the fixed-work alternatives — our Turkey teeth price breakdown lists crowns, veneers and implants per tooth. Treat the table above as the market range you should expect to be quoted inside, not as our price list.
Invisalign Express, Lite or Comprehensive: which tier your case needs
Invisalign is sold in tiers, and clinics quote the tier rather than the treatment. Knowing which one your teeth actually need is how you check whether a quote is fair.
| Tier | Cost in Turkey | What it treats |
|---|---|---|
| Invisalign Express / Lite | $2,000 – $3,000 | Mild crowding, minor gaps, orthodontic relapse after earlier braces |
| Invisalign Full / Comprehensive | $3,000 – $4,500 | Moderate to severe misalignment, with unlimited aligners until the result is reached |
If you wore braces as a teenager and your front teeth have drifted, you are almost certainly an Express or Lite case. Being quoted the Comprehensive tier for a relapse case is the most common way patients overpay, and it is a question worth asking before you pay a deposit.
Can you get genuine Invisalign treatment in Turkey?
Yes. The aligner trays themselves are manufactured by Align Technology and supplied to certified providers, so the product fitted in a Turkish clinic is the same product fitted in a British one. What differs between countries is the cost of the clinical time and the laboratory work around the trays, not the trays.
The check worth making is on the provider rather than the product: ask whether the clinic scans with an iTero intraoral scanner, whether an orthodontist rather than a general dentist is planning the case, and ask to see the digital treatment plan before you agree to anything. Our orthodontics department works through contracted clinics in Istanbul.
How many trips to Turkey does Invisalign treatment take?
This is the part that makes aligners different from crowns or veneers. Because progress is monitored remotely, you do not fly back every few weeks. The timeline runs in three stages:
- Trip 1 — 2 to 3 days. The orthodontist takes the 3D scan and bonds any composite attachments your plan requires onto the teeth.
- At home — 6 to 18 months. You receive your batches of aligners, change trays every one to two weeks, and check in with your doctor by video consultation.
- Trip 2 — 1 to 2 days. A final visit to remove the attachments, polish the teeth and fit your custom retainers.
Two trips of two or three days is a realistic plan for a working adult. It is also why aligner treatment abroad works where a full-mouth rebuild often does not: the trips are short, and the long part happens in your own kitchen.
What an Invisalign package in Istanbul or Antalya includes
Package pricing is the norm in Turkish dental tourism, and the better packages bundle the clinical work with the travel logistics. Expect a quote to cover:
- Diagnostics: 3D digital scans and panoramic X-rays.
- The aligners: the complete set of custom trays for your plan.
- Logistics: airport-to-hotel and clinic transfers, and an interpreter.
- Aftercare: the final set of retainers that hold the result.
Two things sit outside almost every package and should be confirmed in writing before you pay: flights, and the cost of any additional treatment found at the first examination. Decay and gum disease have to be treated before aligners start, and that work is quoted separately. Istanbul, Antalya and Izmir are where these packages cluster; the city changes the flight, not the clinical standard.
Who should not have Invisalign in Turkey?
Aligners are not a universal alternative to braces, and any clinic that tells you otherwise is selling rather than diagnosing. Orthodontists hesitate to recommend clear aligners when a case involves severe bite problems, large vertical tooth movements, major rotations, or a skeletal jaw discrepancy — those need fixed hardware and, sometimes, surgery. Aligners also give the clinician less mechanical control than brackets and wires do.
The other limit is not clinical at all. It is you:
“Unlike metal braces, clear aligners are removable. But you have to wear them for at least 22 hours every day. You should only take your aligners out to eat, drink and brush your teeth.”
Twenty-two hours a day means the trays come out for meals and go straight back in. Patients who cannot hold that discipline finish late, finish short of the plan, or need a mid-course correction — and a mid-course correction is far harder to arrange from another country. Treatment also cannot begin over untreated decay or gum disease. If a straighter smile is not what your teeth need, our Hollywood smile guide and our veneers in Turkey cost breakdown cover the restorative routes instead.
What happens if an aligner stops fitting after you fly home?
This is the honest weak point of treating abroad, and it is the complaint that comes up most often in patient forums: travel costs and the difficulty of handling an unexpected fit problem or a mid-course correction from another country can eat into the saving you flew for.
So make it a question you ask before you book, not after. Ask what happens if a tray does not seat, who reviews your photographs between trips, how a refinement set is issued and shipped, and whether a third trip would be charged. A clinic with a clear written answer to those four questions is a different proposition from one that answers only the price question. Ask for the answers in writing, and keep them.
Invisalign or fixed dental work: which problem are you solving?
Aligners move the teeth you already have. Crowns and veneers cover them. That is the whole decision, and it is worth being clear about which one your complaint calls for: crowding, gaps and drift are alignment problems, while colour, chips and worn edges are restorative ones. Teeth whitening in Turkey handles shade alone, and dental implants in Turkey replace teeth that are missing rather than crooked.
International Clinics is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and works through contracted clinics in Istanbul, and our oral and dental health section collects every treatment in this cluster. Send us your photographs and any recent X-rays, and our dental team will tell you whether aligners, fixed braces or nothing at all is the right answer for your teeth before you book a flight.
