Medicana International Izmir Hospital

Medicana International İzmir Hospital is part of Medicana Health Group and is located on İşçiler Caddesi in the Yenişehir neighbourhood of Konak, a short walk from the Halkapınar İzban and Metro transfer station. The hospital was built with an investment of 110 million US dollars and combines modern hospital architecture with hotel-style patient areas.

The hospital serves patients with 214 beds, 10 operating rooms and 54 intensive care beds, along with parking for 140 vehicles. Its medical units cover cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, medical and radiation oncology, hematology and bone marrow transplantation, as well as an emergency department and a neonatal intensive care unit.

Robotic-assisted surgery with the da Vinci system is available, and complex cancer cases are reviewed by a multidisciplinary tumor council of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, surgeons and radiologists. A dedicated Breast Health Center also works with a multidisciplinary approach.
